Nilowin Glenanore Guesthouse

조식 / 석식을 추가금내고 이용할 수 있는데 진짜 맛있게 잘먹었습니다. 이곳 식당이 다른건물에 위치해 있는데 분위기도 좋고 사장님 두분이 요리를 너무 잘하시는거같아요 ㅠㅠ 스리랑카 음식 별로라 생각했는데 여기서 밥먹고 생각바꼈습니다. 사장님 둘 다 정말 친절하고 세심한 편이에요. 날씨가 안좋아서 방이 춥긴했지만(따로 냉방/온열 기구가 없었음) 뜨거운물도 잘 나오고 룸컨디션이 나쁘지않았습니다. 숙소 뒷편에 있는 산 ? 언덕? 넘어가면 멋진 노을을 볼 수 있는 선셋포인트도있어요 !! 시간이 남고, 노을이 정말 이쁠것같다 하는날 올라가보는거 강추!!!

시내와 거리가 있어서 툭툭타고도 좀 오래 올라와야했었습니다. 근데 크게 문제될 점은 아니었음.

We had bad weather, but that didn't impact our stay here. The people are so friendly and help out with everything. They even helped with cleaning our tuktuk and checking it when we had issues. We had great food here and the rooms are great too. Hot shower is a plus! And when we did get to see the view, it was amazing.

Le personnel est vraiment très sympathiques et à l’écoute de vos demandes et de bons conseils autour d Haputale ! Le Guesthouse est un peu éloigné du centre-ville mais vous êtes au calme absolu avec les plantations de thé à côté ! Des facilités de transport peuvent être demandées à des prix raisonnables. La chambre avec balcon était très spacieuse ! Une restauration est de très bonne qualité ! Merci pour ces moments 🙏

We had an unforgettable time at Nilowin Glenanore Guest House. Our room had breathtaking views, and Saman was incredibly helpful and an amazing chef—breakfasts were practically works of art! We also loved the cookery course, which we highly recommend. From the guest house, you can step straight onto a beautiful walk through the tea plantations—so peaceful. If you want to escape the town and relax in stunning surroundings, this is the place to stay!

We had an amazing experience at Nilowin guesthouse. The b&b itself is modest but nice and clean. It's a little far away from town, but they even arranged a welcome transfer for us and anyway it's a short distance and it's easy to find a tuk tuk. The views from the house are beautiful and breakfast was excellent but the highlight of our stay was meeting Saman and his family who are so friendly and helpful, plus we did a cooking class with them followed by a wonderful dinner. I recommend everyone to sign for the cooking class as it's extremely interesting and great fun. I promise it will become one of the highlights of your holiday. We cooked a few curries to go with rice and they were all fantastic. Explanations were great and overall it was a terrific experience. I must also add that Haputale is a lovely base if you enjoy hiking and again you can ask Saman to help you with all the arrangements. He kows a lot and is always happy to help. I suggest you spend at least a couple of nights if you want to enjoy the area and Saman's hospitality. But the longer the better.
