Location was great property clean and comfortable.

Getting to the location was difficult especially at night narrow lanes not ideal for suv cars like mine ok for smaller cars.

Our first contact with the host was helpful and positive. The location was beautiful and the property was charming. Unfortunately we could not stay.

We did not end up staying here because the accommodations were extremely cold. Colder than outside which was about 15 degrees that day. We asked about turning up the heat for a little while and the host, who was out of the country, said it is controlled in the main house. We thought maybe it would kick in but the longer we stayed the colder we got. We were wearing layers and kept on our puffer coats as well. For context, we are Canadian and accustomed to the cold. We were prepared for the cold and damp of Wales in the autumn. We sleep with the window open all year round. And it was too cold. The owners father was on site so we looked for him to ask about the heat. We couldn’t find him. And the host was no longer able to message us. We could not contemplate making dinner, having showers and relaxing in these conditions. So we told the host we were leaving. She was then able to receive our messages and told us to have a good trip???? Our first negative experience in Wales and hugely disappointing. All other hosts/staff on our trip have not been like this at all. Have been friendly accommodating and wanted us to be comfortable.

Lovely little cottage in the countryside. It was bright, clean, and had nice decor. Rachel was very helpful and thoughtful. She left a little cake and candles for my partners "60" birthday. The bed was comfortable , and the bathroom very nice with a shower. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to make a meal. Rachel had left little extras, tea towels, and cleaning clothes. We had a lovely time exploring the area and the cottage very close to the many beautiful places. We had a nice break .

We had problems with the tv ,Rachel did try to sort the problem, but the tv still wasn't working. It would have been nice on an evening to watch tv .We were looking forward to watching the football, but we could only watch it on our phones. I did read reviews that there were problems with the tv ,so this will need replacing or the problem resolved for future guests. We could hear some noise from the family next door occasionally. We really enjoyed ourselves and our stay.
