It was the only hotel available with free cancellation policy in the area. The breakfast was ok.

The shower floor was sticky and the shower itself was broken. The place is very old fashioned and smells from mold.

"Home from home !"

We stopped here overnight prior to travelling to Orkney from Scrabster. Our host was so friendly and approachable. He was on the go day/night! Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Breakfast was buffet style, more than plenty of choices. Tea/ coffee served in pots. We ate next door and thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. Good value

The Bridge Hotel is great stop of point. Very welcoming. There is no bar or evening meals but there is other establishments that serve nice food in Helemsdale. Definitely would recommend and will be rebooking again.

"Nice for an overnight stay."

Nice hotel in old building. We had a big room and bathroom. There are stairs to bedrooms. Breakfast was ample, with hot food available.

Nothing, but annoyed that windows did not stay open…. Had to use books as wedge.
