Nice clean room with comfortable beds, and the host is very friendly. We got a welcome drink and the breakfast was amazing. Recommended for a good night rest.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and a nice atmosphere. We booked a night here to relax. It is a quiet place. Value for money is very good.

The location is not the best when it comes to accessibility of the town but we didn't mind too much.

I was just passing through on my way to Trincomalle. Nice place, accommodation very simple, corresponding to the low price, it is possible to choose a higher standard with AC, which I would do next time.

Really nice garden with bungalows. The owners are really nice and even made us some breakfast even though we didn't order it the day before. Very close to the beach, but there are no shops around so you have to bring something from the town.

Bathrooms could use some love, they feel a bit run down, but they are clean.

Super friendly and helpful staff, really nice location right near the beach and very peaceful and quiet area of batticaloa. Also helped me with some mechanical issues with my bike which was much appreciated. And had a lovely dinner and breakfast.

I elected not to pay the extra charge for AC and ended up regretting it, too hot for my western standards to sleep without it but that was more my fault than theirs
