Host, food, location and price all great. Booking.com advertising a deluxe room with a hot tub. This is no longer operational. I messaged booking.com as did the host. No response. Otherwise perfect

Very nice environment, in the middle of a vey tiny village, no noise. Nice room. The owner is also the chef and all the dishes are served with care even if they take a little bit long to arrive. the wait is worth it.

outside on the patio where you have dinner and breakfast the floor was covered in bird poop which would not have been there if cleaned every couple of days. the courtyard must absolutely be very clean and in general more attention is needed to cleanliness.

I don't know where to start. This place is like heaven in the middle of nowhere. It is a traditional Thai house with 3 rooms. Our room was decorated with taste and incredible attention to details using bamboo and wood. It was beautiful. Manut, the owner, is a great host, he gave us some nice recommendations what to see. The spa package I had was divine - treat yourself to a massage with a thai herbal compress. And the breakfast was of incredible quality and was served to us like we were kings. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Thailand!!

Roosters can be noisy at night.

The food was fantastic! The spa had very experienced staff, one of the best massages I've had during this trip to Northern Thailand.

The steps into the bathroom, it's dangerous, specially during the night. The shower. The room is quite small but very authentic

This property is an amazing experience. The host is extremely kind and and helpful. The food (both dinner and breakfast) was amazing, the best we had during our trip in Thailand. The location is in a rural town, which is very charming.

It is located a little bit ‘off the beaten track’. However, don’t let that stop you! I would have stayed longer if we had the time!

A magical place in a small village. So clean and tidy. The food was delicious. The service was perfect. The spa was great. Everything was beyond our expectations. We feel lucky we found this amazing place!
