Cancelled booking without intimation and proper communication Misbehaved when I reached at location, kept me waiting for few hours Talked about a new rule which was never mentioned while doing booking and not even bothered about informing the same. Please avoid

A nice place, just as described in many positive comments about the place. Location is pretty good, even though a bit noisy in the evening, but what you can expect, it is Varanasi :)

Quite difficult to find when you try to reach there the first time. It is quite a distance to walk, and complex maze to go thru if you go there from a cab from the airport. (Cars are not allowed in the old city area) Room was quite small, way smaller than the one I have booked and saw in the pictures form Booking, but yeah, big enough to sleep :)

Very clean, comfortable and beautiful guest house near Ganga river and biggest ghat. Owner Sonu is super nice and hospitable, can answer all questions and help to organize excursions inthe city. Higly recommend! I have visited many hotels in India, so I have an idea of what hotels usually are. Here I was super impressed of cleaness, design and attitude. Thank you, Sonu!

I've ordered transfer from the airport. Plane was late 6 hours. He didn't care, nobody was waiting for me. I had no wifi, couldn't order uber. Taxi driver left me 30 min from the place
