We love everything. Baba and her family are so welcoming. They really look after you. Food amazing. Location amazing. Very peaceful and so near to everything. Local beach is great for relaxing and surfing. We just can’t help but keep coming back

Clean rooms with kitchens in each room, situated at the river

Pool and outside areas could be maintained a bit better to make it more welcoming to enjoy being at the property (e.g. new sunbeds)

This was the best stay we had in Sri Lanka! The room was big, clean and compfy. The owner is super friendly and was helping us organizing nice activities. The river next to the building is beautiful and you can watch monkeys during your stay. Would come back!

Tranquil atmosphere , property small and friendly . The staff very helpful and sweet. Great garden obviously looked after with great care . Our room looked out to river The family were lovely , and invited us to join them at a temple celebration , which unfortunately we could not attend .

It would have been nice for there be a small selection of drinks and snacks available as the property was a bit isolated.

Location next to the river is very nice, rooms are spacious and clean. Quiet part of Weligama beach is quite close - at walking distance - you have to cross the main road though

Breakfast - better go somewhere near

Pool and location was great. Also we had access to the kitchen and balcony with river view. In addiction host shared bikes what was a great convenience.

It’s close to some farm, generally a cow and a cock woke up us about 5 am. In addiction in a middle of the night, AC broke down. We couldn’t reach out the host and there was nobody at the hotel. Without AC you can’t sleep, the temperature is unbearable.
