Its a fantastic location. Literally a stone throw away from Woolwich station and even closer to the DLR. Right next to a Nisa Local and a Chinese. Fantastic value for money. Would stay again!

I'd change the bathmat to a rubber one maybe over a fabric one in the shared bathroom!

The room was clean

A hotel that charges £72 should have at least a fan, a self contained toilet and shower. Although, it is a self service but the woman l spoke to on the phone was an aggressive and unfriendly customer service advisor. The door of the room couldn't even be locked from inside.

"Great value for money, cosy and clean"

Great value for money, clean, cosy rooms in a historically interesting building and area. Well worth a stay. Very convenient in terms of public transport too, with the DLR and Elizabeth lines linking the area easily to central London and Heathrow.

Service. Managers were helpful when could not fix tv. Easy check in, code sent via email. Staff responsive to my enquires and supported with an alternative option. Would stay again was impressed .
