not clean enough

Location is great, right opposite the tube. Very secure. Bathroom was clean and had good views from balcony

Smell of weed / smoke. Room had a freezer but no fridge. Walls were parttioned with many gaps. Door had many gaps. So much noise from neighbouring room. The lights for the room were outside in the shared hall. Had to go downstairs to shared bathroom. No spare bedding for couch. No bins in room. Electric plug exposed in room

The location was great for the uber bus and getting to the O2. That was the only good point sadly. The bed seemed clean.

1) The room and whole floor stank of marajawna. On arrival back in the evening it was very strong. Odd for a non-smoking hotel. 2) Toilet was blocked and overflowing with urine and shit. The bathroom floor was filthy. I called in the morning for it to be cleaned, on leaving 2 hours later it was still filthy and unusable. Cleanliness of bathroom so far below standard I don't even know what standard they are working to. 3) The shower had no hot water at all. 4) Could not sleep due to the sex noises throughout the whole night, we can only assume that a prostitute was working in room next door. There was also a very loud party going on just above our room. 5) Constant doors banging, perhaps clients coming and going to room 83 6) Overall, the guest experience was non existent. 7) I called at 7 am with my worries as I had booked two nights, and was told if I had called in the evening, they would have sorted everything out - However, I emailed and called at 7am and it took them 2 hours to respond, how much response would we have got at 2 am. And what could they have have done? Fumigated the room and closed down the prostitution??? I doubt they would have done anything, much like they didn't really offer anything except a different room a few doors away! Would that have stopped the smell, the toilet issues or the sex den operating at what they laughingly call a hotel. I felt very unsafe the whole time I was there. We checked out and left. All in all, a hideous experience, I felt shattered the next day and dirty. It will however, be a dinner party story, despite completely runing our weekend festival.,

So disturb My room 81 upstairs so .. other room may some staff live . I talk to .. up live I’m disappointed No, I need toilet paper in room and also toilet I couldn’t find the toilet paper . Maybe 11 o’clock checkout is very good. I am trying to choose your hotel every month or two times, but I think about. Now…
