London City Hotel

I actually tried to contact them days before no response . I sent an email because I wanted to cancel due to the location . I didn’t feel like it was a safe place specially for my first time visiting London .

The fact that they didn’t answer, nobody at the property to welcome and talk to you. I received an email with the code and other information but I honestly didn’t feel like it was the right place to stay.

Good location and easy access to the building and the room. Clean overall and great service and assistance.

We were on the last floor, and, for some reason, the floor started to heat up. We went to sleep to wake up at 2 am because of the heat. The floor was burning (I’ve never seen anything like that and I didn’t know that floor heating can go that high). We did not have access to control the temperature. I called the number on the reservation (at this point, because of fear of something not being right) and we were promptly assisted - the person came immediately, in the middle of the night, to check the issue and stop the heating. We really appreciated that. However, it disrupted our night of sleep as we could not sleep for a couple of hours still until the room was a bit cooler.

Man viskas patiko, kad galiu jaustis saugiai ir ramiai. Jaučiausi kaip namuose ir niekas nekontroliuoja. Ramu švaru ir saugu. Labai Draugiškas kaimynas kuris ten kaip suprantu gyvena visada.

Nebuvo tokių dakykų kas nepatiktų viskas labai gerai, tik parašiau grįžusi į Lietuvą el.paštą paklausiau gal Gegužės mėnesį pritaikytų kažkokią nuolaidą nes man tenka dažnai ir ilgai būti JK tai tiesiog negavau atsakymo. Rasiu kažką kito atvykstant ir apsigyvensiu kitus ačiū

Close to the Elizabeth line and dlr. the room was spacious and bright.

The bathroom ran out of toilet roll and there was no way of calling anyone to get more.
