The room was a bit small but ok

I liked everything about the place. The facility, amenities, and the friendly, accommodating staff were all pleasing to me. The reliable internet made it extremely convenient for me to work from home (my temporary home anyway).

I had a bit of a challenge with hot water in my unit. At first, I thought it ran out because I shared it with other units, but after about 24 hours without hot water, I realised that it was probably a bigger issue than I originally thought. I reported it to the staff, and it was resolved immediately.

The location is good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Backup power during loadshedding for lights and wifi.

When we arrived, there were no towels or toiletpaper in the bathroom. The toilet seat is broken, as are the door compartments in the fridge (unit 1). There was no dustbin in the unit and no bags for waste disposal.

I have become almost part of the furniture at CC due to booking in so often. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are perfect and cater for any needs you may have. I have been going here since 2021 and intend on continuing for many years to come. This BnB is amazing.

My door was a bit loose
