From the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine warmth, care, and professionalism that instantly made us feel at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. A special mention must go to **Thandi**, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and present whenever we needed assistance—at any time of the day. She has such a kind and loving heart, and her dedication truly stood out. Even when I misplaced my charger (entirely my fault!), she took the time and effort to help locate it, which meant so much to me. Communication with the host was seamless and stress-free. They were always reachable, accommodating, and easy to engage with, which made the entire experience even more pleasant. You really feel that they care about their guests, not just as visitors, but as people. What touched us deeply was the thoughtfulness shown throughout our stay. Certain comforts were provided purely out of kindness—things that weren’t expected or required, but were offered generously to make our stay more enjoyable. That level of care is rare and truly appreciated. **Claudia** was also wonderful—super kind, welcoming, and helpful. The place was amazing I would however recommend that the gate be fixed it was a bit of an issue it did hit a friend of mine car but it was nothing more than a little dent but besides that everything is absolutely exceptional
