The sheets were stained the pillows were not changed as it had hair

The location is perfect! But what really stood out was the amazing customer service. From the moment I arrived , I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The check-in staff was particularly impressive; they made the whole process seamless and even went out of their way to offer helpful tips about the room. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality. The unit itself was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Whether you're here for business or leisure, it's a great place to call home while you're away. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of great service, perfect location, and excellent accommodations makes it a standout choice! I've stayed here twice now and will definitely be back again.

The bathroom had a weird damp smell and the curtains needs to be cleaned, also the chair at the dresser was dirty with cigarette ash and burns. The little kitchenette is super close to the bed and there was people in the room next to me making a huge noise
