No table and chairs inside the room.maybe you can put 1 sofa and 2 tables and chairs.

I have stayed here before, but on this visit the standards have declined. I previously liked the cleanliness and the convenient location.

The room was not very clean, and I repeatedly had to ask for basic items such as a bin and tea and sugar sachets. All the cupboards were locked, and I was advised to hang my white clothes outside instead of using the cupboards.

Kitchen was dirty and the couch had a very bad smell Get rid of the couch please it’s worn out, worst part about the place.

I liked everything privacy, safety, cleanliness, friendly staff, spacious unit, under roof parking, easy access to.

My parents had an extremely disappointing experience at this guest house due to misleading information and poor customer service. Prior to making the booking, I contacted the guest house telephonically to confirm whether air conditioning was available in the rooms. I was informed that air conditioning was only available in certain suites, such as the Superior Suite. Based on this information, I proceeded to make the booking. The website clearly indicated that the Superior Suite included air conditioning in the rooms, a patio, and a private bathroom. The booking was completed and confirmed accordingly. On the day of arrival, my parents informed the guest house in advance that they would be checking in late due to unforeseen travel delays. They were advised that an additional late check-in fee would apply, which was understandable. However, upon arrival, my elderly parents were assisted by a staff member named Thandi, and this is where the issues began. They were allocated a room that did not meet the specifications advertised or paid for. The room had no air conditioning, no patio, and did not match the Superior Suite description. Furthermore, they were required to pay an additional fee to receive fans, which was unreasonable given that air conditioning had been confirmed and paid for. Most concerning was the fact that my parents were made to share the room with cleaning staff, which is completely unacceptable and was never disclosed during booking. At no point was it stated that accommodation would be shared with staff members. The following day, I contacted the owner to raise these concerns. He advised that he would investigate the matter and later stated that the room provided was the one we had booked. This is inaccurate, as the booking confirmation clearly specifies a Superior Suite with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and no shared accommodation.

Accessing the facility was easy. The comfort if the bed, big showerdead, kitchen utilities were enough. The location is convenient. Big swimming pool and clean.
