We very much enjoyed breakfast there. We had chosen vegan option and we got big plates of fresh fruits on each morning.

The room was clean and big

The owner made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Despite checkout being at noon we were already asked for the keys to our room at 10:45 and told that it was getting late. We were up at 4 am due to the roosters that were very loud all the way until we left at noon. The owners had their children there which would have been fine except for the dirty diapers left on the floor. The hotel was also under construction during the day so if you are hoping to sit by the pool comfortable think again. It is not located near the main strip of candidassa so if you want to go the the restaurants or resorts you will need transportation.

The owner of this hotel is an inhuman profiteer. I booked this accommodation a week ago. When I arrived at 9pm to check in after driving for 1 hour as planned, they told me that the room was full. They didn't see my reservation? They didn't say sorry, and told me to go to another hotel. I asked what to do with my reservation, and they told me to cancel it?? They didn't approve it immediately after I canceled it. It turned out that they were not responsible for my reservation at all, because their system requires me to pay cash after booking, and if I don't check in, I don't have to pay cash, which means that my reservation is not valid at all! ! ! And they didn't send me any information before I checked in on the day, and no one contacted me. Under the problems they caused, as a traveler, I missed the opportunity to find a suitable house because of them. Almost all the hotels nearby are full. Even their opportunism will make a person unable to find a suitable hotel to sleep late at night, and they didn't say sorry, not a single apology. I have never seen such a rogue hotel in my life! ! They are not responsible for reservations, false interests are supreme, and they are the scum of Bali. The next day I went to ask why they didn't accept the refund. I was going to ask the boss there if he didn't feel responsible for the mistake, and then I met a stuff, she was preparing bread, her bread was so delicious, because her heart was truly kind and beautiful, she was surprised and sorry to hear about my experience, and gave me a piece of bread. The person who benefits from this story is never the best person, but the most heartless and least respectable person.
