Duthus Lodge Guest House

It is a very beautiful, old style place with soul. Really polite and helpful stuff. Guest house with big, cosy, comfortable rooms and beds. Pretty close to the city center and trams which can take you to the airport. Nice neighbourhood.

The manager is really nice, helpful and attentive to any needs with free treats and fruits. He was the main positive thing about our stay.

The bathroom had no ventilation and was completely moldy around the windows. Almost unsanitary. The carpet smelled really bad, giving a nauseating odor throughout the room. This is the worst value for money I've ever experienced. We paid 240€ PER NIGHT. It's a complete rip-off for the quality, comfort and cleanliness of the place. Unacceptable.

Lovely stay. Great location for the rugby match we attended and very helpful owners. Very much appreciated them.

Location was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. We all loved the breakfast on site. We would absolutely stay here again

The beds are very comfortable.

Ended up in a twin room with a boiler or something behind the door in our room,bit noisy during the night Breakfast only served for 1h in the morning, and you have to preorder the night before ,didn't suit us, but its probably easier for them to run things this way.

Brown smear on room door. Could feel coils on bed. Overpriced for location and lack of amenities.

The room was really nice. The room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities. Had complimentary coffee and tea. And the location is good too cause you can get the bus to the city center easily.

Room heating was a bit high in the evening. But it goes to normal temperature at night.
