"I would love to come again!"

Very clean and pleasant. Beautiful house and garden. Staff kindly allowed me to work in the breakfast room all afternoon and evening which was very helpful. Ten minute walk from Haymarket station which was quite convenient. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was great.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, and I woke up sore. But not so bad that I wouldn’t stay here again. I have definitely slept on worse hotel beds.

"Convenient, comfortable accomodation"

Super friendly staff, easy check in process and (limited) parking spots available. A 40 minute walk to the Edinburgh CBD. Cafes nearby! Breakfast is also an option if you wish to pay an additional fee.

The bathroom was quite small, there was also a bit of mould on the towel racks.

Location perfect for Murrayfield

Back stable door a bit disconcerting. Doors not well sound proofed so noisy late at night and early morning as people came and went

"Great Guest House, Great Host, and a Great Location. Highly recommend."

David was very helpful with everything. Location was very close to downtown.

Our stay was too short - nothing about the guest house. Parking is tight, but manageable. Again, David is top notch and very helpful.

Everything was wonderful: the location, the building, the rooms, the people operating the lodge. The breakfast had many choices, I liked the fact that it was cooked on the spot. I would definitely choose the same place to stay if (and when) I visit Edinburgh again. I had a glimpse of room 1 one day and loved it, so next time I 'm going for that :)
