stunning property! We were off season so the place was being painted etc while we were there but wasn’t really an issue. Lovely fresh new rooms were a bonus! Train noise didnt bother us, I actually loved the novelty of being so close!

Rooms were super clean but there were some ants - not really a reflection of the property though more just common throughout Sri Lanka

Great place to stay in Hikkaduwa! Comfortable room, good breakfast and clean, nice swimming pool.

The breakfast was good for a very good price. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. We had a small lizard as a guest in the bathroom but it was expected. The other room had mosquito problem in their room but that was dealt with. We also had a opportunity to feed the monkeys near the accom as well which was a fun experience.

It is close to train tracks so you will hear the train from time to time but it didn't affect us and our sleep

the train next to the hotel sometimes is making a lot of noice, but we didn't mind it at all, still 10/10

Exceptional property. Staff very helpful, professional and accommodating. The grounds were immaculate and the bed very comfortable. A fridge provided which made it possible to keep drinks nice and cold. The best place that I stayed in Sri Lanka.

For value for money, this was probably the best hotel we stayed in on our 6 months of travelling. The pool was incredible to cool down in the Sri Lankan heat! Rooms were a great size, beds were comfortable and balcony was lovely to relax on. Got to feed the monkeys after speaking to the staff which was a lovely experience too! Location is perfect as it’s a short walk behind the main road so it’s very quiet at night and peaceful. 5 minute walk max to the beach

Beautiful property, clean, modern and only a short walk from the main street and beach. The rooms and pool area were spotless and had nice sun beds. Rooms had good air con and hairdryer. Bathroom was also super clean. The general vibe is pretty chilled. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. It is surrounded by nature, lush greenery, monkeys playing in the trees above, big lizards and birds all peacefully co-existing and not bothersome at all.

It’s worth noting that there are train tracks right on the doorstep and a very loud train travelling past maybe once an hour both day and night. There was also some music and parties happening at night somewhere close by which could be heard. This is no fault of the property directly and it is generally quiet and peaceful outside of those aspects as it is situated away from the main road. But something to consider if you’re a light sleeper like me.
