Villa Kaya

It was an absolute wonderful stay in your house. The breakfast was increadible, fresh juice every morning, fried eggs and lovely bread and a beautiful plate of wonderful fruits. The rooms were big and very confortable. The staff was very friendly If we come back to SL we will surely stay in Villa Kaya again

The bed on the 3rd. floor newly opened is very very hard, more compared to the beds on the 2nd floor. 'For us european a bit too hard. There is no shade at the świmming pool, a few ombrellas would be nice

Nice and big rooms and bathrooms. very clean design. Clean surroundings and a pretty garden. Hard working staff though we didn’t see the manager during our stay. Prices are reasonable.

Breakfast could have been better. Also, faster. It only starts after 8 am and the servers are a bit laid back. On our second day we had to leave early however there was no provision of any packed breakfast though the staff offered to make coffee. So we bought breakfast elsewhere. No one asked for a proper check in when we arrived. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped , but lacked coziness. Fan switch is at a difficult position. Bathroom hot water is too little and late, a lot of water is wasted waiting for hot water which is only lukewarm. The beach is 5-10 mins walking and you have to cross a train line and a busy street. There’s no view as such.

Villa Kaya is amazing!!!!! So calm and nice accommodation. Staff is really polite and kind. Breakfast is really good. Rooms are clean and comfortable - nice pool and monkeys ... they were amazing. It has a super nice vibe and I am out of words really!

Its a perfect place to unwind. It's so calm. It only takes 2,3 minutes to the main road. Loved the large pool. Had a really great time there. Would definitely come again!

Lovely pool area, clean rooms and good location near enough to the beach but off the noisy main road

No hot water on a few occasions and although street is much quieter you do get the noise from the trains going past in the morning
