Villa Kaya

Fantastic hidden gem of a place. Rooms were all newly renovated to a very high standard. Staff amazing, breakfast was fantastic (had to share it with the monkeys 😍😍) . Really couldn't fault it. Perfect

Nothing to dislike

We very much enjoyed our stay here and, as a result, even extended our stay. The location is great (few min from the main road and beach), the accommodation is very clean and the pool was nice. Also, the staff was lovely. Good breakfast. And a great place for spotting wildlife!

The internet connection could be improved.

Everything, slightly set back from the busy Main Street, peaceful but only a minute walk to the hustle and bustle of Hikkaduwa and the beautiful beach. Lovely friendly and helpful staff.

The swimming pool is clean and large. It is not surrounded by any trees etc so has the sun on it all day which is great! The staff were polite and allowed us to check in early. There is parking inside the premises which is secure. The room was large and clean. Large breakfast which was good.

Couple of ants in the bedroom only on the floor - not a big issue for us though. Close to the train line which we knew before booking, again not an issue for us however a few trains did go through during the night and they are quite loud.

Friendly and attentive staff, clean and spacious room, beautiful outdoor/swimming pool area and good breakfast.

Due to its location near to the railway it’s a bit noisy when the trains are passing by.

Nice big clean room with kettle and a fridge, lovely big pool and well kept gardens, family of friendly monkeys close by

Great location - just set back from the main road of Hikkaduwa. Pool area was great - very clean, pool towels provided and awesome sun loungers. Very comfortable room. Great breakfast with fruit platter. We definitely would stay again!

The train line is right in front but it didn’t bother us at all.
