Villa Kaya

The setting was very peaceful and the breakfast was amazing. Very tasty - especially the pancakes! The pool was lovely too

Lovely villa hotel in beautifully maintained grounds with large swimming pool. The property is very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and I would highly recommend this property.

Lovely guesthouse with one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in Sri Lanka! The hosts were also great. Couldn’t recommend this place more with only a short walk to the main front. Fantastic pool

Would be good to have extra toilet roll given during the stay! But otherwise great

Beautiful grounds and pool, very peaceful, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, spacious, modern airy rooms with very comfortable beds, spacious modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast with plentiful and delicious fruits. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location for Hikkaduwa and beaches.

Good location to reach everything in Hikkaduwa. Also it was nice & calm to relax in the garden around the pool.

Because we were diving in hikkaduwa we had to get up early, but to get some breakfast before 8:30am was quite difficult. Altough we asked the days before.

Our stay in hotel was amazing! Big room with comfortable bed, nice balcony. Territory is clean and cozy. Monkeys and other animal was soooo cool. Stag is friendly and professional. Thank you! Totally recommend!

Room was not cleaned during our stay. May be we should ask… but for us it wasn’t critical.

Friendly staff, beautiful outdoor area often visited by monkeys, flying foxes and other animals. Very clean and good standard.
