Location and room were excellant and it was great value

Breakfast was buffet with meant some food was dry

Communication with the owner Julia, was excellent, there was a slight mix up with rooms when I arrived as someone had moved into the wrong room, this was sorted really quickly and easily by a very friendly and helpful lady on reception. The room was large, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Unusually everything was done generously, plenty of coffee and milk (more easily available on the landing), the same for toiletries. The towels were luxurious, the water good and hot and the heating was great. The position is fantastic, and there are parking permits available). It was a refreshingly nice experience, not the mean stingy feel so many places have. I didn't have breakfast but it smelled fantastic! Also a first for me, Julia messaged the guests to ask if we could close the front gate at night because wild goats from the great Orme, have learned to come into town and eat peoples garden plants !! Brilliant even the goats think its a good place to stay the night!

Not the owners fault, but from the first floor, you can't actually see the sea because of the leaves on the trees!! But you do get a nice view of the front.

The hosts were welcoming and so helpful and accomodating! There was a lovely breakfast selection and the full english was so good, cooked to perfection and great quality!! My room was beautiful and so was the view!! We are already planning to come back this year for a longer weekend. I couldn't recommend this place anymore if I tried, just a wonderful weekend.

Location - right opposite the pier and promenade. Owner gave us a parking permit which was much appreciated. Comfortable bed.
