Julia was very helpful and very nice .lovely room very spacious. Couldn't fault Bay court at all will return very soon .you wont be disappointed.

Great location...lovely room spotlessly clean..beds were really comfy..the staff went over and above to help us with any needs..really nice hotel we will definitely return

Breakfast was cold also wasn't easy yp get in front door combination lock not good with bad eyesight.

Very nicely decorated and presented and a lovely greeting with very accommodating staff

I struggled with the shower a bit. I couldn’t get the temperature and pressure to match.
