Julia always goes above and beyond. Beautiful property and ideal location across from the pier. Spotless clean. The room was cosy and warm. Lovely fresh bedding and towels. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very nice and all you can eat. Friendly staff

Great location just across the road from the pier. The breakfast wasn’t too bad taste wise, although we did have to ask for more when it ran out. Staff were friendly enough. Our room and the areas we saw were clean. We did get a parking permit which was good.

Our view was of the various roofs of other properties, not exactly Bay view but someone has to have that room, so it was us when we stayed. There is a 1 hour window to have your breakfast between 8:15 and 9:15 with it being slightly later on Sunday at 9am till 10. The dining area is quite small and the tables are really close together. The people getting their cooked breakfast items were right behind me and I felt like I was in their way. We sat somewhere else and had to manoeuvre around people or bang into them/ their chair whenever we were getting up. The carpet in our room was clumpy, the floor was uneven and creaked. The bed seemed quite small for a double, it was noisy whenever we turned over and we could feel the springs/lumps of the mattress. The WiFi signal was really poor even though we had a booster signal plug right outside our room! The shower was really small and cramped. We both struggled with banging into the screens when we were washing our hair or legs/feet. And lastly we sent 3 emails asking about parking and never got a single response.

Great location, right opposite the pier. Spacious, clean room, comfortable bed. Very friendly staff.
