Beautiful property, extremely friendly host who gave us a small tour of the balsamico making and tastes. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed and personable breakfast. Highly recommended.

This is a nice old house but renovated very nicely in the country side. The host Guido is very kind and tells a lot about the local specialty - the Modena aceito. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, everything is very clean. There is a huge garden. There are very good restaurants in the center of the town (3 km away suitable also for a pleasant walk)

Guido is so hospital. With his local knowledge, suggestions & contacts he made our visit to Modena truly memorable

We had a one night stop from lake Garda to Tuscany and the location is optimal for us. However, we were at Guido's place because of his fantastic traditional Balsamico vinegar. Guido showed his facility, explained processes of traditional vinegar making in Modena area and told us the story of his family. We tasted some of them, super quality! Thank you Guido!

Guido is the most amazing person we“ve ever met. Right from the first moment he was very caring and interested in making out visit perfect. We were lucky to have gotten a tour through his acetaia and he explained everything in a very patient and interesting way. he also cooked a lovely dinner for us. So all we can say is „ thank you Guido to make our visit so special we will always remember and we definitely will becoming back“!

the owner is great and the property is comfortable with AC which was very appréciable in the scorching heat of July.
