An amazing home in a peaceful location with beautiful views and welcoming hosts. Walking distance to town, hikes, waterfalls, and distilleries. Short drive to Blair Athol Castle, the Queen's view and more. Very centrally located, great place to base and explore. Kerry is a sweet, friendly host who makes you feel right at home in stunning and comfortable surroundings. She made sure we had everything we needed and prepared a plentiful and delicious breakfast. She also gave us great ideas of some places to visit which really enhanced our stay in Pitlochry and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Kerry and sharing stories, and feel like we have a new friend in Scotland. We look forward to returning in the future and would most definitely come back to Arrandale House, a very special place.

Beautiful Dining room with a superb view. Food quality & service excellent. Bedroom spacious, clean & tidy and very well appointed. Hosts Kerry & William are exceptional. Very warm, welcoming & highly knowledgeable about Pitlochry & Scotland more widely. They care greatly about this property which is perfectly maintained.

Could find no fault with facilities or service. Perfectly and fastidiously maintained.

From the warmest welcome from Kerry and William to the beautiful room our stay at Arrandale was superb. The property is in the most perfect location with views to die for. The breakfast, prepared by Kerry was delicious. So many interesting places to explore in Pitlochry. We loved our stay. Thank you Kerry and William.

Absolutely lovely hotel with the nicest host and best breakfast! Also the bed was the comfiest we slept in! Everything was so tidy and neat and pretty! We loved everything about it!
