The greeting on arrival from the owners was warm and welcoming. We were then shown our room and all amenities to which we would need throughout our two night stay. Absolutely beautiful accommodation and very 'grand' - lovingly restored by Kerry and William (the owners) to a magnificent property in the most picturesque location. The property has a peaceful, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel very special and welcome and to be honest, it was difficult to leave and go 'sightseeing'! So easy to stay and enjoy the view. Our room was so comfortable - every need thoughtfully provided. The bed extremely comfortable and again easy to have a sleepin! Breakfast was also included, and it too lived up to all expectations. Perfect location and highly recommend to everyone.

Perfect stay, superb guest house run by Kerry (and William), who couldn't do enough to make our stay so relaxed and enjoyable. Super location, wonderful house and hosts, and the breakfast of Kings.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Arrandale House, it is so gorgeous. Our room was beautiful, so comfortable and with a stunning view. Kerry and Will were superb hosts, they were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely return!

Absolutely delightful B&B - perfectly clean, comfortable beds, really nice bathroom with good shower. The breakfasts were amazing in choices, preparation and presentation. The owners were excellent hosts providing a friendly and happy stay. We appreciated their recommendations for evening meals and local sights to see. Lovely home and well cared for grounds. Everything was perfect. We could walk into the charming town of Pitlochry.

Visited Pitlochry this weekend with my mum. Everything about Arrandale was exceptional. In a lovely setting near the high street. The rooms were so clean, fresh and lovely. With everything you need. Beautiful views and amazing red squirrels outside the window. The hosts were warm and very welcoming, they were so hospitable and friendly. They were organised and absolutely no ask was trouble to them. Breakfast was wonderful and there was plenty options. Using all local produce. Couldn't recommend Kerry and William more if we tried!

Perfection! After travelling for a month through the UK we arrived at Arrandalle House, it was the best B and B we have stayed at! Kerry’s warm and friendly welcome, her attention to detail and delicious breakfasts make Arrandale a wonderful place to stay. Her enthusiasm for her town and her suggestions of where to eat and visit were wonderful. The house and it’s furnishings are of high quality. The property is in a quiet woodland setting and is an easy 10 minute stroll into town.

Wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to provide me with a peaceful and comfortable stay. The room was beautiful and quiet, and the bed extra comfortable. Breakfast was simply delightful. Overall, it was extremely well run, with the level of attention to detail just outstanding. Anyone seeking to one day run a B & B should visit and see how it’s done!
