The location was perfect for our trip. The hosts were really nice and breakfast was perfect

The location. The comfortable bed and spacious room. The beautiful house and furnishings. The selection of breakfast options and the quality of the food. Most importantly the incredibly helpful and friendly hosts.

Kerry was a great hostess, very friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of ideas what to see in the area. Our room was beautiful and clean, the garden and surroundings adorable and the breakfast was superb with delicious coffee and white tablecloths. The walking distance to Pitlochry was a big advantage

This is without doubt one of the nicest places we have ever stayed when using Booking.com All the other 5-Star reviews about this establishment are absolutely correct. The room was superb, immaculately presented, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and exceptional views. Breakfast was excellent, everything was fresh, tasty and hot from the stove with plenty of options to suit all tastes. Kerry, who runs the place is a delight, a warmer more friendly and accommodating person you could not wish meet. You will be made to feel like one of the family in no time. We could not fault it. Wonderful place that we will certainly return to.

We liked that it is just a little out of the town so it is very quiet but that might not suit everybody.
