I travelled Sri Lanka for 3 weeks and this property was the best by far the owner is a beautiful person full of stories of his life would recommend this property to anyone

This accomidation is AMAZING! And the best we have stayed in so far during a 4 month trip around SEA. To begin the host and staff are so lovely the nicest people we have met whilst travelling and the host is so accommodating always checking in and making sure everything is okay! We really felt like we were being treated like royalty! The rooms are modern, clean and the shower is very good! The hotel also includes a pool surrounded by beautiful nature and is so relaxing to chill by during the day. The location is good and is near some restaurants however I recommend staying onsite and eating at the wonderful buffet tea at the hotel that is put on every night. Again this was probably some of the best food we’ve eaten on our entire trip it was traditional Sri Lankan food and by far the best we have eaten in Sri Lanka. The price for this place is unmatched and truly was an unforgettable stay! We even extended! They also offer a safari experience which we took part in and loved! We had a whole jeep to ourselves. If you are staying in Udawalawe do not miss out on this accommodation!!

So happy with our stay at Nature House! The property seems brand new, impeccably clean and comfortable. The owner and staff are so welcoming and kind. It is the perfect stop to stay while experiencing your safari! They organized our safari for us in a private jeep which was just spectacular and our guide was so helpful and knowledgable. The breakfast and dinner were both just perfect. And the pool. A perfect spot to relax and cool off. This place exceeded expectations and was a shame to move on. They also organized our transfer to Hiriketiya to make things even easier.

Zimmer mit einem großen Bett und einem Einzelbett. Absolut sauber. Bad groß und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Schöner Pool mit Liegen direkt angrenzend an Wald. Abendessen als Buffet. Sehr nettes Personal. Man kann zum Elephant Transit Home laufen (ca. 15 bis 20 min)

Es hat mir alles gefallen.

Und hat alles gefallen. Es war ruhig und entspannend. Man konnte viele Tiere beobachten, wenn man vor dem Zimmer saß. Der Pool war auch super für eine Abkühlung. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Essen hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Eigentümer ist immer da und hält gern mal ein Pläuschen.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. The welcome was fantastic - the property is run by a very kind and helpful family who truly make you feel at home. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The meals prepared by the family were delicious and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel’s surroundings are lovely, with a nice pool and lots of greenery, and the whole property is very well maintained and clean. The owners also organize very well-planned safaris at reasonable prices and offer additional services such as massages, which makes the experience even better. Honestly, the price is unbeatable considering the quality of the services — they could easily charge more. We would gladly come back and would like to warmly thank the owners for their outstanding hospitality.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Pool lädt einen nach einem anstrengenden Tag zum Entspannen ein. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Wir haben in der Unterkunft auch eine 4-stündige Safari gebucht, die uns sehr gefallen hat. Der Guide hat alles gegeben, um uns ein bestmögliches Erlebnis zu bereiten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen.

De kamer was heel goedkoop, er was een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Het was fijn dat er buiten stoelen stonden waar je in kon zitten.

De kamer was niet heel schoon, je kon merken dat er niet was geveegd. Het bed daarentegen was wel schoon. Daarnaast hebben we de safari tour geboekt bij het hotel, maar deze was veel korter dan tegen ons was gezegd (maar een krappe 3 uur in het park) terwijl we best wel wat geld hebben betaald. Achteraf las ik in eerdere recensies dat dit ook al werd gezegd, maar daar hebben ze dus niks mee gedaan. Ik heb dit tegen de eigenaar gezegd, maar die liep gewoon weg tijdens het gesprek. Ik hoorde van andere toeristen dat zij via andere plekken een tour hadden geboekt die hun goed beviel, en zij waren ook later thuis. Voor de prijs is de kamer dus prima, maar ik zou afraden om een safari tour te boeken bij deze plek.
