Historic building right by the centre of Padstow. Quiet and comfortable.

Characterful building and Wendy the owner was lovely. Position of the property was excellent, just a few paces to the shops and harbour. Very clean, with all the amenities that you would expect and fresh milk for tea and coffee. There is a fridge available to use in the sitting room.

Quite steep stairs, not an issue for us, but could be for some people.

lovely stay - a bit overpriced, but it was the perfect room, many thanks.

would have preferred a communal sitting room rather than 'tables' for room occupants to eat at - it would have been nice to meet the other guest house occupants.
