Perfect location so nicely and helpful people.

Sanjay was a super host ,always available and approachable, anything you want you let him know and he would guide you Lots of local.shops and restaurants around.

The location is not that great.

Spacious and clean, just a minute's walk from the beach. It is just located back off the main street so it was easy to hire a cab/scooty and go street shopping.

Breakfast and room service not provided.

The rooms are large , spotlessly clean and have a king size comfortable bed . A nice shaded terrace to sit and have your morning tea . The owner was very friendly and helpful . The main beach is less than 30 seconds walk but the property was quiet .

We loved staying in alba rooms .Tutu who looked after us was brilliant .nothing was too much trouble for him , Lee the girl who looked after our rooms was also very good .we are already hoping to return next year .so thanks for a great holiday .finally on behalf of myself ,Nancy,Kim,& jim a huge thanks from here in scotland 😀

Having to keep curtains shut permanently

Location was great. Nice & quiet although couldn't be closer to the lovely beach. Sanjay went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. A problem with our Aircon was promptly fixed. Bedding & towels changed every 2 days. Loved Palolem & hope to be back some day.

Loved everything - the resort, the local restaurants, especially Fernandes, and the local people.
