"Brilliant friendly place excellent value, loved it."

The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants but quiet and peaceful. The owner was extremely helpful and all the staff very friendly. The bed was very comfy.

Although a kettle was provided, there could have been some tea or coffee available.

Location is perfect, so close to amenities and the beach yet lovely and quiet Sanjay is a very friendly and helpful host

"Fabulous place to stay in Palolem Beach"

From entering the gate it felt like a haven of peace despite being just behind the Main Street. The lush planting made it feel exotic and relaxing. Our room had a super king size bed and was very clean throughout. Beach towels were also provided which was very helpful. The beach was a 2 minute walk, we also walked to Patnem beach and visited Agonda beach ( both beautiful) Sanjay and Ria were great hosts. Recommend to any one staying in Palolem Beach.

"One of the best hotels I had in India so far"

The rooms look exactly like on photos and the place is great. Mr Sanjay is a great host and we will be back for sure.

Two grumpy ladies being our neighbours, but that is no hotel's fault ;-)

"Excellent stay in the green Alba homes"

Very nice stay in Palolem completely in the middle of the town and walkable to the beach. Good for long term stays and short term too. Value for money and room is worth the money. Sanjay the host is a nice hospital person. He can guide you to new restaurants to have Goan cuisines. We will definitely visit again to Alba Rooms. The best part of this place are the shady trees which keeps the whole surrounding calm and cool. Nice sit out also in every rooms. Definitely must visit and stay place if you are going to Palolem beach.

"An oasis in Palolem"

Centraly located for the beach and restaurants.The room was big and comfortable. Large comfortable double bed, fast wifi, hot water shower, cable tv, fridge, kettle. Lovely little outdoor seating area, covered in lush plants. Set back from the beach road, the room was fairly quiet, only the occasion street dog call. Sanjay and his family were very welcoming and helped with restaurant recommendations. Paid cash on check out. Would return again if staying in Palolem.

Nothing , enjoyable 2 night stay.
