The place is clean with A/C and TV. Very close to the beach. The owner is very nice and friendly.

A few meters from the smooth beach, the shops are open at night, you can rent a motorcycle from a nice person across the street And above all the owner is amazing

Location was the best thing. Staff were great. TV had heaps of channels (english)

The pillows needed throwing out. The mold was bad. When addressed to the owner, he said he would throw away and get new ones. But I put my head on bad pillows so scored accordingly. Shower was average. Take a swim in the ocean instead lol

Location is bang on - just a few metres away from the lovely Palolem beach. The rooms are very clean and super convenient - drying racks, mats on the floor - everything you need when going to beaches regularly. The host Sanjay is really helpful and gives great recommendations.

This has become one of my most favorite property every year. The location, the beds, the cleanliness, all top notch. The rooms are basic but have everything you need for comfortable stay. It doesn't face the beach but is less than 50 m walk from the beach, with located at a place which is patrolled throughout night, making it amongs the safest place you can stay in Goa.
