Nothing, we’d stayed before so it was nice to return to somewhere not altered.

The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and well equipped. Nice and quiet location with good links to the central area. There are restaurants and a large supermarket within a two minute walk.

Good location for my needs , excellent parking ,top breakfast,very pleasant owners 2 minutes walk to promenade ,bars restaurant s and public transport.

Adam was there to meet me when I arrived and pointed me in the right direction regarding somewhere to eat. Room was very comfortable with large bed. Also nice touches such as a choc biscuit and a fresh bottle of water. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and cooked to perfection. I'd have no hesitation in returning should the opportunity arise.

Very friendly and welcoming check-in, The room was very clean and modern with everything needed for a one night stay. Great breakfast, cereals and full English well cooked. Good location for Pub and Curry house. Stayed at this B&B many times before when attending local show. See you next year!

I loved the warm welcome and the Reception area. The branded Hesket Hotel items look really classy and professional. The communication and assistance received throughout my stay was excellent. My Room was beautiful, calming and quiet. The facilities included such as a mini fridge and microwave were a lovely touch. My Breakfast was very fresh, tasty and cooked to my requirements. The lift to the Rooms and the late checkout agreed were great assets. The location is superb. 2 minutes walk from the Tram Stop and all the many eateries and bars on Red Bank Road. Wouldn't hesitate to stop again.

Spotless ultra clean very fresh smelling comfortable room. Adam was the perfect host welcoming me on arrival and pointing out nearby pubs and eating places. The location was perfect for my visit and rounded off with nice little touches like free hot drinks, bottled water and chocolate biscuit. I will 100% return to this highly recommended hotel. Thanks for a perfect overnight stay.
