The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and modern with everything we needed for a two night stay. Fabulous breakfast great choice and we'll cooked. If I go back to Blackpool I will stay here highly recommended.

"Was really impressed by the dedication of Adam and Rachel to deliver a lovely B&B experience."

The room was very clean, the towels were huge and fluffy and the breakfast was very good.

The room was a little cold at first but after the heater was on for a while it soon warmed up.

"Problems with Shower"

Comfortable beds and, lovely breakfast

We were unable to shower as the pressure was too low to get the temperature right and you couldn't attach it to the wall even if we had hot the temp ok (Room 15)
