Very nice and even got a room upgrade from the owner. Good night sleep and breakfast was superb and served with a warm welcome she does a great job. Great value for money I will return

Nothing keep doing what you do

Absolutely lovely family run B&B. Cannot fault the hosts warm and welcoming feel throughout the stay. Nothing is too much and the breakfast was top notch. Lovely quiet area away from the noise of the centre of Blackpool. Highly recommended for the friendliness of Rachael and Adam alone.

Some of the showers need more pressure but totally get fixing something like that is not a cheap or easy task!

The location,The Staff. Nothing too much trouble very comfortable and made to feel welcome. Very accommodating my little dog was very happy.

The owners are really friendly and helpful, great relaxed atmosphere, clean and comfortable room, amazing breakfast, easy access to buses and trams.

Nice little hotel in a great location. Very clean throughout.

The breakfast was excellent, juice, cereal, yoghurts, fantastic full English, good coffee and toast. Comfy bed good nights sleep, plenty of teabags and milk in room. Family run, lovely people. Tram only a short walk away, some nice restaurants and coffee shops close by. Car panking was good and I didn’t indeed to move it for my stay. They also let dogs stop, I’m planning on going back this time taking the dog.

Lovely cozy twin room with gorgeous fresh smelling bedding. Owners very nice and welcoming, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was very clean and comfortable had everything I needed Staff were very friendly and accommodating….felt really relaxing Excellent breakfast !
