HI Pigeon Point Lighthouse Hostel

The setting - with lovely beaches on both sides of the lighthouse, is breathtaking. The private hot tub overlooking the coastal cliffs is so special. The guests are always cool, and the staff above and beyond. And access to some of California’s most beautiful coastline and coastal redwoods.

Fix the kitchen drawers so they don’t squeak !! Kitchen could be better equipped with colander, peeler, etc. Need ladder for end bunk beds is Room 3 of Seal house.

Lovely location, a dark sky place right by the sea. The hot tub is amazing, it’s overlooking the ocean. Unbeatable!!

It’s a hostel, and sometimes you have to share the place with space cadets. There were people sleeping in the common room, which is uncool

The nearby farol or under renovation when I’ve stayed (Dec 24), which is a mood breaker, but the surroundings are definitely worthy!

Amazing location next to lighthouse! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The docents at the lighthouse are great! The view of the waves pounding on the rocks is invigorating!

The location is absolutely georgous, the staffs are very frendly and helpful. Love the privately bookable hottub directly facing the ocean. The room is clean, spacious and beds are comfortable. Common areas are also kept very clean, neat, and well organized. Outside ground is well maintained. Appreciate the dim light to respect the dark night. Other small touches like recyclable paper and plastic bag are also well thought of. It is a must visit.
