The sheets on the bed had holes in them , two of my pillows had dirt marks on them. shower had a spider and spider web in it so it wasnt cleaned properly.

Lack of maintenance.

Duboirs serves the nicest breakfast. The location was good and also the venue for the wedding we attended. The only minor challenge was the accessibility. The GPS does recognise the location but could not indicate we should turn right into the place and the venue is located on busy road. So we have past the venue because we could not see the road turning into the property and had to make a u turn and luckily we saw a board with the name of the guest house then we drove into our destination.

Guests using own transport should be notified of the challenge relating to accessibility. Perhaps a clear signage from the road should be provided. The property is not secure, no intercom, security and not sure if the gate was locked at night. It would be nice if the security could be tightened and maybe built some carport for cars unlike parking in the sun.

Property is beautiful but is not well maintained

Damp rooms, torn curtains, broken toilet seat, no wifi, no security, unclean

The view and the cleanliness of the room.

They should improve on their breakfast and have more variety ,they don't ask you what you want to eat... they just bring the food, couldn't drink my coffee, no hot milk and the coffee machine was not working I asked for the iron a day before only got it the following day. The pool was not clean
