The breakfast was perfect and they asked about the type of eggs you required daily. The staff were friendly and very receptive to our requests. The rooms were comfortable and had tea, coffee and water daily.

The braai area was limited and we had to make a special request for staff to assist. More chairs could be provided around the swimming pool.

Proximity to my running race event

There was a dirty lunch box in the drawer(not mine), screws, batteries and remote control parts left inside other drawer, shower wall fitting fell off wall and not fixed, room curtains too long and drag in water on bathroom floor, shower head leaks and sprays over shower cubicle and wets entire bathroom floor, room walls are made of dry wall so noisy neighbours kept me awake the whole night, if they had told me before I booked that they were hosting a government department year end function I would have slept somewhere more peaceful, I needed my sleep for an early morning running race (04:00 wake up) guests made noise until midnight when I banged on the cardboard walls. Pictures missing from the walls. Only quarter roll of toilet paper was supplied for my stay.

Loved the comfort, the staff's prompt response to requests..made us feel at home..the tranquility of the place, the setting in the rooms..the peace that came with the quietness

Wifi took longer to connect after checking in,the staff tried their best to assist..it eventually did later in the day and there were no problems after .. The towels provided in the other room were torn..after the first night we still didn't have tea and water refills in the other room..there was no information on arrival or in the rooms on how to access the wifi or what do if we needed assistance with anything (ironing etc). Had to continually go to the staff's office to enquire.

The host was accommodating with some challenges on arrival

Didn’t receive towels in my room until the morning I was leaving, and at that only an hour before checking out. Due to this I checked out at 10h00 sharp and didn’t get to have the breakfast I paid for too. No concession was made for the inconvenience caused to me.

The room I was given was really bad, had no toilet paper, no towel, there was dust on the headboard, toilet seat had dry urine 🤢
