Stay 3 nights . Change towels only once but no clean the room over stay at all .

Nice staff, friendly and helpful. Very clean, very good price.

The owners were super kind and helpful, giving useful tips, bike hire (or free use of a bicycle) and even offering a lift to the bus station at the end of the stay.

Very hard beds (even for Thai standards). Room in need of deep cleaning — unpleasant smell as if it hadn’t been ventilated in a while. Also generally felt quite dated and could use some attention to improve comfort.

Very big clean room, nice staff, good location

The bed was extremely hard.. it was really uncomfortable, very disappointing because the rest of the hotel room was very good

Owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to the south wall of old town Chiang Mai where there were plenty of street food stalls serving delicious food for almost nothing.
