"Good"

Big rooms, well furnished and clean. Matress confortable.

One small soap for two, no ventilation in the bathroom, wifi weak and TV useless.

"Superb"

A very nice, clean, guest house about 1.5kms from the old town. Russell and Krong, the owners, are very hospitable people. My room was a good size and even had a small balcony. This is a good place to stay.

No complaints at all about the accommodation, I just wish some of the other guests had of kept the noise kevels down at night.

"Highly recommend for a fun stay."

Very tranquil, nice pool, great staff. The price is great. We stayed in bungalow. Perfect for overnight went traveling Mai hong son loop.

Tv or cable , we could not get any channels.

"Great place, highly recommended"

Clean, comfortable and runned by super friendly people :) I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It’s a 10-15 minutes walk to the center, but for me it wasn’t a disadvantage, because the area was more peaceful than locations near the center.

Russel and Krong and daughter are such a lovely family, and true professionals in the catering and hospitality business, Russel was so super helpful in giving out valuable advice and recommendations regarding Chiang Mai as this was my first visit. General Krongs cooking was outstanding! I ordered breakfast there everyday day, and the portions were abundant.

Nothing! apart from not being able to stay with this lovely warm welcoming family longer.

"A home away from home, what a sweet primer to Chiang Mai."

It was a convenient location between the airport and Old City. I was able to get around on foot very easily. The owners and staff showed utmost hospitality and was warm and helpful any time I needed support. It made me want to return and stay a little longer in Chiang Mai if I could. It was a home away from home. Thank you so much Krong and Russell!

Nothing much. All is good and I’d be nitpicking if I were to describe.
