I was looking for a place where I could see planes landing at Chiang Mai Airport and this is it! The room was large and very well-equipped with dining utensils, microwave oven, fridge and a hairdryer. Definitely worth the price.

Only roadside parking available, which could be tricky since the alley itself was quite narrow. Relatively loud A/C compressor. Very steep ladder to the rooftop

Everything was Ok

It was relaxing because it just felt like being at home. It's also in a non-touristic area with a supermarket and local market nearby. The city center is about 15 min. with Grab Scooterbike. The welcoming by the daughter of the host, who speaks perfectly English, was just excellent 👌 The bed was good and a lot of choice for pillows, bedspreads,.. They offered me a coffee in their house in the morning 🥰.

Depending on the room you get, it might be a bit noisy at the street side from cars (no sound isolation). During night it was not really a problem.

Very kind and helpful lady! Place was very thoughtfully equipped and within a mellow area.
