I have been traveling Asia for 6 months and this is without a doubt the most incredible room I have stayed in. I cannot believe how nice it is. It's the most comfortable bed I've stayed in. Cleanest room. BIGGEST room! INSANE the size for the price. I mean honestly. Amazing giant TV for my first time. The bed will give you the best night of sleep you have had in ages. Absolutely phenomenal. The host is so kind and she speaks excellent English, she helped me with immigration and everything. In so thankful I booked this place out of all the options Oh and not to mention the absolute best prices for scooter AND car rental. Absolutely insane.

Not a single thing.

The property is an easy Grab taxi ride from the airport and good for short stays. The room was very large, had a cool view, and the bed was pretty comfortable although a bit too squishy for me personally. The bathroom was good although had some junk inside, and it was a bit unclear where to find water, towels, etc in the room because of lots of stuff around. The place is run sort of like an American style Airbnb with credit card payments and they send you self check-in instructions after booking.

The self check-in instructions were a bit confusing, and the name of the property seems inconsistent. Our taxi driver was also a bit confused where to stop. I think the owner is on the right track overall, however they should perhaps clean up the house more, have some sitting area downstairs for guests, remove some of the extra junk from the bathroom and room, make it clearer where to find water, towels, room key, etc, and improve the check-in instructions. The windows can also get very sunny in the morning, so perhaps adding more curtains would be nice. They also apparently offer an airport drop-off service but this was not explained to us, and we didn't see anyone when we came back in the evening, so we relied on Grab taxi instead. With better signage and clearer communication I think this property can improve guest experience further.

Very interesting homestay. Maybe because it's my first. It's not a conventional hotel rather a homestay. The owner is surprisingly good in English which is a big plus. The room has more stuffs than you'd need. We were needing for a travel adapter and the room had multiple outlets. The lady also offered us for airport transfer for 100 bhat which worked out great. It was an early flight and she was up and waiting. Everything is perfect about this.

A nice place to stay, if you're just looking for an overnight stay before your flight. The bed was really comfortable. Good room for the price. Owner was really nice and friendly.

The ground floor is owners apartment, that you have to go through to get to rooms. Smelt funny and was messy. The room is like staying at your grandmas house. It felt a bit too personal for my taste. Like I was not in a hotel, but in someones house.

Lovely, friendly staff. Super welcoming and helpful with us getting to the airport. Perfect location for such. Super comfortable bed and very clean. Tv was unexpectedly huge also.

We stayed one night before our flight from Chiang Mai. The hosts were very lovely and we paid 100 baht for a transfer to the airport. The room was spacious, clean and well located. If you want to stay in the city then this probably isn’t the place for you but for a quick airport hotel was perfect for us. The TV had Netflix in the room but we couldn’t get it to work sadly (crashing all the time), but that didn’t matter.

Very friendly and accommodating host. Located within a 10 minute drive of the Chiang Mai airport. She brought us to the airport the following morning for a 100 baht fee, which is very reasonable.
