It was a perfect 1 night stay near the airport. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Felt very homey. The Staff was kind and gave us a ride to the airport for 100 baht.

"Would come again when visiting Chiangmai !!!"

Room was very spacious with all the things you would probably need. My daughter loved to play with all the many pillows in the room and observe Thai kindergarten across the street. Stayed in 5 different places in Chiangmai but had the best sleep here !

It's a spacious room with everything you may need for a few days' stay.

The place is right opposite a kindergarten where they play loud disco music all day and the teachers use microphones and large speakers to communicate. If you plan to stay in the room during weekdays it's nearly impossible to work or have a phonecall. Ask for a room on the backside instead of the streetside.

Everything was perfect. I can’t say a bad word about this place. The two women that run the business were so nice and really made our experience great.

The only difficulty was getting taxis but that might just have been because we were there over the lantern festival so they were busy.
