Love CNX Guesthouse

The owner was super friendly, and the place is in a great location right in the old city. Everything was perfect. I was even able to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean as well. There's a 7-Eleven just downstairs, which was super convenient. The only thing to note is that there's 2 bars downstairs that plays loud live music, but it was reggae, which I enjoy, so it didn’t bother me. Plus, the music stopped at midnight. Overall, I loved my 2-night stay!

Good location

Not that clean, pillows smell awful like human fluids that has never been cleaned. Photos of the room I rented where different from the room. Kinda of like false advertisement. The kitchen was dirty, the fridge was not that well cleaned

Just don’t do it to yourself, don’t stay here. We found the bed crawling with bed bugs and had to endure a very painful, disgusting night on it before checking out 2 days early. The bed bugs even clung to our belongings and came with us to our next room. It was appalling. The air conditioning even leaked so we couldn’t leave it on overnight so not only were we being eaten alive by bed bugs, the room was sweltering if you didn’t want to wake up to a flood! Presence of staff was completely zero too so there wasn’t even anyone to inform about the bed bug situation, thankfully I found a mobile number to message to say we’d had to check our early and why.

This place has cool vibes and I liked many things there: the room was spacious with a working table and a chair that even were ergonomically sound. The room is spacious and very nicely decorated. The outside area is amazing and one can even take some Sun if sunny day! Restaurants and 7/11 are close and the rooms are affordable.

Had to leave the place because it was booked already full when I wanted to extend my stay. I definitely will use this place next time in Chiang Mai.

Great little place , comfortable and really nice staff

The bed was so comfy and wasn't rock solid and felt like I was at home, showers and toilets were always clean, air conditioning in bedroom, and location was perfect for us! Staff were nice and was right opposite a shop which was handy. Definitely recommend and would love to return.
