The place is right above a bar with live music playing until 1:00, so keep that in mind. it a great place to stay f you just need somewhere to freshen up and keep your bags while you explore Chiang Mai.

The staff is very accommodating.

We booked the twin room and it was dim. The windows are large but the curtains are thick. The towels are old and faded but I think the sheets are new. The AC dripped on the floor. We just had shower and dressed and took off and waited in the airport instead. We did not like the vibe of the place. But I believe this is great value for others.

Very good location

We checked in and checked out the same day because it was dirty and the room smelled really bad of cigarettes it gave me a headache and made me feel sick. The toilets were dirty and overall we just didn’t feel clean there. We had to book another place and lost our money here.
