LOVED The view. The room was really neat and tidy. Big balcony so can enjoy a nice view with BBQ and wine, I would prefer the view from here than the properties from central Queenstown, its more quiet, private and looks straight into the river and mountains without any disruptions and noise. Parking available and Roku on Smart TV so you can Apple Airplay, watch Netflix, YouTube etc. Good neighborhood, prime location on Frankton Road so if you are getting picked up by taxi or shuttle the locals know where to find you. The host "Sam" was quick to answer any questions or queries. He will contact you and make sure your issue is resolved if you have any.

Wi-Fi didn't work due to a technical issue but was resolved by the last day of our stay. Didn't have hot water working the due to a technical issue again but Sam was quick to respond and helped us getting the hot water running. I would recommend checking the Wi-Fi and hot water as soon as you get there and call Sam as soon as you have an issue as it turns out sometimes previous guests can tweak some settings for the hot water. It was partially our fault we did not ring or contact the host as soon as we found out the hot water wasn't working. No gas or electric stove so good for people who don't intend to cook. There is no hotel reception or concierge area so if you are getting picked up by a taxi or shuttle its best to give them your unit number or ask them to see you on the main road near the bus stop.

View was amazing. The place was very nice and comfortable. It was a short distance away from the City center, which was quite busy and chaotic. So I appreciated the serenity of the area.

The hot water went out unexpectedly, but the host told us very quickly how to fix it and it wasn't really much of an issue.

the location is divine, so peaceful and quiet but still so close to both city parts of queenstown, lovely walk nearby and very clean and well set up space!! absolutely a hidden gem :)
