Location was good

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable

First impressions fantastic but that did not last long.Inside seating was torn and flaking off on the arms and uncomfortable.The view from the balcony is fantastic but what is not first evident is the periodic roar of either a airbus A320 or a Boeing 737-800 SCREAMING pass the patio window at around 500 ft from queenstown airport every 20 minutes or so between the hours of 9am and 10 pm. The TV will turn on but we could not get any channels not that we wanted to watch it. FYI Alpine village is 5 to 6 km from Queenstown .

Amazing view

The kitchenette area is very small as mentioned in other reviews. Appreciate there is little the owner can do but was good to know when booking.

location was fantastic !! view was lovely from the room .

kitchenette too small, fridge not cold enough . no tea towel sparse toiletries too many insects came inside when window was open for fresh air , as it was hot , and there was no Airconditioning . kitchen utensils need to be improved . there was no dustpan and brush to help with cleaning up .

tricky little kitchenette chairs getting a bit shabby overall needs a little upgrade but still very comfy with lots of perks

Excellent location and setting...characteristics that are hard to replicate. Good check in process. Liked the bathroom heating and towel warmer.

Bedding and bed could be improved. Too many blankets and bed/pillows are uncomfortable. Need attention to details like supplying paper towels and not having the closet also being used to store cleaning supplies.
