Good location,plenty of parking Decent sized room

Room and bathroom was a bit grubby round the edges. We had to wipe down toilet, kettle and bedside cabinet tops and lights. We could have reported it but we just wanted to get on with our stay

Location to Mablethorpe / Sutton - on Sea was not far.Friendly Staff and yes so were the Guests. Perking no problem anywhere.

We knew the Breakfast cost was a bit steep at £15 each per day but it would not put us off returning.

Great location. Very friendly host and great breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Lots of drawer and wardrobe space. Tea and coffee and biscuits provided. Lots of towels.
