"OK for a short stay on a budget."

Good location, close to beach, walking distance to Sutton in Sea. Nice view. Free private parking. Comfortable beds. Warm. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk pods. Useful info in lobby area. Host helpful if local info needed.

Not possible to securely lock the door on the inside, ie no chain, therefore room could be accessed whilst occupied. My sister is very nervous and didn’t sleep because of it, so neither did I. The TV remote didn’t work, poss dead batteries. The top of the button on the toilet was broken so quite difficult to flush. Property is a bit ‘tired’. Not quite what I expected.

"A beautiful place to stay and very friendly staff"

The property was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

We don’t drive and We didn’t realise the busses don’t run after 10 on a Sunday when it’s not in season so we had to get a taxi.
